IPSO PARTNER IN MALAYSIA

Back in 2017, City Coin Laundry joined the IPSO partner network. Located in Malaysia, City Coin has mainly been focusing on vended laundry, by using their brand “LAUNDRYBAR” Their entrance was phenomenal as City Coin became the best-selling IPSO Partner worldwide in 2019, a performance they repeated in 2020.

Paul Ang: “the use of IPSO INSIDE-tools such as carpets, lightboxes and window stickers has for sure increased IPSO’s brand recognition in Malaysia. These tools turn a laundromat even more attractive in terms of look & feel. And the store customers like it!”

Bestselling products in their market are the IA hard mount washer in mid-size capacities, stack DR tumble dryers and the small DR55S singe dryer.

Paul Ang finishes by commending on last year & beyond: “Even though 2020 was a bad year because of Covid restrictions, we are hopeful for the near future. The business activities will reignite for sure, so we are preparations are in full swing. We are planning to increase our online presence on Facebook and Instagram. Also, offline advertising will be used more often, as we are looking at billboards and newspaper ads to boost our sales revenue.”
